If you visit Six Senses Ibiza, a luxury resort and residential community on the northern tip of the island, you can now add high-end audio listening to your to-do list, with the debut of Live Cave music experiences in partnership with top audio brands McIntosh and Sonus Faber.

The brainchild of architect and developer Jonathan Leitersdorf, Six Senses Ibiza is set in secluded Xarraca bay, and offers holiday makers a range of amenities and programming, including farm-to-table dining, music, art, fashion, culture and wellness.

It's also notable for several unique natural cave spaces, all of which have been fitted out with premium grade McIntosh and Sonus faber audio gear. Soundscapes are provided by composer, producer, and recording artist Tomer Biran, and supported by music industry executive Shivas Howard-Brown.

The Cave Royale is described as 'the ultimate party cave.' Inside there's a grand piano, generously sized indoor and outdoor living space, and full bar area. Providing a high volume pulse to the resort's free-spirited, festival vibe, is an audiophile-quality music system including Sonus faber Il Cremonese, McIntosh MC462 Amplifier, McIntosh C53 Preamplifier, and McIntosh MT10 Precision Turntable.

Nearby Cave Suite 906 is an escape built into the cliff; it features a large terrace that leads out to the water's edge, a sweeping view of the sea, and as of now a suitably exotic sonic experience, courtesy of Sonus faber Amati Tradition speakers and a McIntosh MA8900 Integrated Amplifier.

The resort's Live Cave venue hosts performances, events and emerging artist sessions, and boasts an expansive vinyl collection. If you want to watch the world go by while soaking up the views over the sparkling waters of Xarraca Bay, with a soundtrack provided by yet more McIntosh equipment, it's clearly the place to be.

A DJ booth created specifically for vinyl with a selection of curated Ibiza titles is available in the Beach Cave for guests to mix.

Six Senses Ibiza offers unobstructed sunset views and is surrounded by fragrant groves and artisan villages. The resort features 116 guest rooms, including unique cave suites built into the cliffs, plus pool suites and townhouses. Three restaurants and a selection of informal dining settings and bars highlight natural, sustainable and local produce, much of which is sourced from the resort's farm and gardens. 

The resort's flagship dining destination, HaSalon Ibiza, helmed by Master Chef Eyal Shani, features a 50-seat chef's table in the shade of 100-year-old olive trees.

The Cave Royale and Cave Suite 906 are currently open for booking, with the Live Cave launching its schedule of live shows, events, and emerging artist sessions in summer 2022.
