Hope it's been a great week so far! Today we are excited to share the Release Blitz for Christmas Mountain by Garrett Leigh! I loved this book, if you're looking for a great read to kickstart the holiday season, I definitely recommend this one! I adored Rami and Fen and am sharing my 5 star review and there's a great giveaway too!
Happy Reading!
The probation officer caring for his dead brother's baby. The wounded gentle giant with the biggest softest heart.
Rami: Sweet Fen Hawthorne is my favourite thing about working in the prison. His broad shoulders and sunny grin. His twinkly flirtation. And he likes me as much as I like him. More seems inevitable until life happens.
One day I'm there, then I'm not, and second chances don't really happen when your car breaks down halfway up a snowy mountain, do they?
Besides, I don't remember flirting with a bearded lumbersexual, only dreaming about one.
Fen: Do dreams come true?
Christmas Mountain is my home. But it's the one place on earth I never imagined seeing Rami Stone again, and now I'm snowed in with him. Trapped, with only a roaring fire for company, and it's a fantasy come true. The air is thick with more than snow and the eighteen months we've been apart fades away.
As the snow clears, though, so does the haze. Rami says he comes with baggage.
But so do I, and I'm here for the heavy lifting.
I'm here for forever.
A Christmas MM romance from Garrett Leigh. Expect: Long lost friends-to-lovers, heart-warming found family, and the swooniest second chance at love with a healthy dose of sweet hurt/comfort. Gorging on mince pies and cinnamon-spiced doughnuts is optional, but deeply encouraged.

5 Stars
I really loved this holiday story from Garrett Leigh, it was heart-warming and fun and I think the sweetest read from Garrett Leigh I've come across! I'm a big fan and know that I usually need to be prepared for some major angst when reading this author and I love that, but I also really love what she did with this book. It still has very real, raw characters but this was very much touching, heart happy read!
Rami and Fen know each other through work, Fen is a prison guard and Rami a probation officer and there's a connection building between the two men. But, life throws some major curve balls to both of them, and just when the two are about to finally get a first date, everything changes, for both of them. Rami's brother dies, leaving him caring for his young nephew and Fen is injured in a prison attack. The two men don't see each other for eighteen months and their reunion is a bit unexpected.
Rami and Fen are thrown back together, stuck on a mountain during a winter storm and really, both men are in need of some saving. Since those fateful moments over a year ago, they have both been struggling in their own worlds, living a rough, lonely life. Rami thinks he's ready to hand off sweet Charlie to his sister to raise, feeling inadequate and miserable, but spending time with his family and with Fen, he realizes how much that little boy means to him. Fen has isolated himself for the most part after the attack, working hard on his tree farm but that's his main existence.
There was so much I just absolutely loved about this book! Rami and Fen have such a great connection and such great chemistry, but their story really is about the heart and the feels. Neither man is prepared to just jump in bed for a quick fling so their relationship really builds and becomes something so very special. I loved seeing these two open up to each other and to love! Rami still keeps his sassy snarky side, which is so funny and Fen just rolls with it. He is such a loveable big lumbersexual guy! You can really feel the love they have for each other. Christmas Mountain really is a wonderful read, I fell so hard for this whole group of characters, plus I LOVED the Dante Pope appearance! My heart is so happy!
