December is always a difficult month for reading. There is so much to do--even during a Pandemic. This month my entire family got the flu and trust me, we are so grateful it was only the flu. I then got my COVID booster and that put me down for a couple days. So now I am sitting here re-watching The Musketeers and catching up on all the reviews I meant to post this month. So be prepared for many posts over the next few days.
I received one book for Christmas and that is The Five by Hallie Rubenhold--which is one of my favorites!!
I also could not pass up the Barnes and Noble sale! Most of the books that I have purchased this year have been through kindle. But I had to make an exception for this sale! I snagged a copy of The Nature of Middle-Earth by JRR Tolkien and edited by Carl F Hostetter and The Heartbeat of Trees by Peter Wohlleben.
