Recommended reading during training for a new job, Fanatical Prospecting by Jeb Blount is a much better read than I expected! Not wanting to spend money on this book before actually reading it, I was able to borrow it from my local library. It was available both in ebook and hard cover formats.
Once I started digging into this book, it was surprisingly hard to put it down! The scenarios are realistic and common events, at least for me. It helped me see where I was lacking in my skincare business. Actually, I'm lacking a lot for that business as I don't exactly do anything to gain new customers or grow my team and this book revealed all of it plain as day. It was like the authors been watching my business inactivity.
From the basics of prospecting to mindset shifts, Jeb Blount goes into everything prospecting in this book. Every single chapter is full of fantastic tips for anyone in the sales space. He also shares valuable info readers can glean from his website.
Reading for professional development is important for anyone who wants to grow professionally. I highly recommend Fanatical Prospecting by Jeb Blount to anyone in the sales space, direct sales included.
