He's a rich, entitled jerk and she's falling for him fast.
Matchmaking a Billionaire, a hilarious, billionaire, matchmaking rom-com from New York Times bestselling author Denise Grover Swank and USA Today bestselling author Angela Casella writing as Angela Denise is out now!

I used to believe in what we do at Mayberry Matchmakers, but now? Love is just another four-letter word.
Too bad my grandmother hasn't gotten the memo. When tech billionaire Rory Byrne approaches us, wanting to develop the matchmaking app my sister and I dreamed up (and Nana shot down), she jumps at the chance. My grandmother is nothing if not opportunistic.
Of course, there's a catch. She'll only do it if Rory lets us matchmake him the old-fashioned way.
He's going to say no.
Please God, let him say no.
The last thing I want to do is matchmake an entitled rich jerk...especially one who looks like sin and talks a good game.

I've screwed up in love a few times, but I never screw up in business. Mayberry Matchmakers has the idea for something amazing, and I have the money and the experience to make it come to life.
I should deny Nana Mayberry's condition. If I let them matchmake me, it'll be all over the news, and making headlines has never interested me…especially not after the personal betrayal that nearly broke me. But I'm having trouble caring about what I should do, because Bryn Mayberry is smart, snarky, and not the slightest bit impressed with me.
Actually, this may be Mayberry Matchmakers' easiest job yet.
Exclusive Excerpt:
"Cats or dogs?" I text Rory.
I'm expecting him to answer dogs. He seems like the kind of guy who'd own a golden retriever with official papers. That sounds kind of nice, actually, especially with Bugs systematically destroying all of my things, but I like that Bugs can be the sweetest creature in creation one moment and kind of a dick the next. He's not my pet but rather my roommate. My fellow lost soul.
"I like them both," Rory texts back, "but if I had to choose, I guess I'd say cats. I admire their independent spirit. "
There he goes again, surprising me.
"You?" he asks.
I shouldn't encourage him, but I must be lonelier than I realized because I snap a photo of Bugs and send it to him. "Confirmed crazy cat lady. "
"Nothing crazy about liking cats."
His answer makes me smile, but I respond, "Loners like cats."
" Nah," he writes. "Cats spend time with people because they want to, not because they need to, and that's the biggest compliment another being can give you. "
Blog's 4* Review:
Matchmaking A Billionaire is the first book by A.R. Casella and Denise Grover Swank under their new author name Angela Denise. It is the start of the renamed Highland Hills series about the Mayberry Siblings. An entertaining small town RomCom which can be read as a standalone but if you are a fan of these authors then you will have met many of the characters in this book before.
Bryn Mayberry is the oldest of the five Mayberry siblings and she is currently the only one working in the family matchmaking business with their very difficult grandmother. She doesn't enjoy her job anymore and feels she doesn't know about love after the disaster with her last boyfriend. Her twin Holly, has moved to work in New York and they have a strained relationship. She is a kind and thoughtful woman who has tried to keep her family together since their mother has left. She lacks confidence due to the behaviour of both her Nana and Mother.
Rory Byrne is a handsome billionaire who has recently moved to Highland Hills after relocating his company. He has been trying to get a meeting with Bryn to discuss something special but she has been avoiding him for some reason. He is the topic of gossip in town as an eligible bachelor. Nana Mayberry is excited at the chance to matchmake Rory but Bryn thinks it all a publicity stunt. If he decided to use their services they would be inundated with requests and it could save their business.
It turns out Rory has been negotiating a deal with Holly over a new dating app and not interested in dating. He confused over why Bryn dislikes him and the miscommunication between the twins. He sees her as a challenge as she so angry at him and wants to discover what she is really like. He is intrigued and enjoys pushing her buttons. They have both given up on love so are surprised at the attraction they both feel. They both don't want to mix business with pleasure so agree to just get to know each other instead. Nana insists she can find him a match and he ends up succumbing to her demands. The dates she sets him up with are very amusing and shows what a great guy he really is. I felt sorry for him and admired his self control with the interfering Nana.
There are some good secondary characters and I especially liked Rory's best friend Vince and his wife Sophie. There are also some fun moments with Bryn's cat. If you have read these authors books before then you will already have met Willow Mayberry and Tina and Zach who own Tea of Fortune. I really disliked Nana Mayberry and how she constantly berated Bryn. Can she find Rory a match or has he unexpectedly already found someone.
There turns out to be far more to Bryn's break up with her ex and why Rory feels the way he does about relationships. Loved how the nerd shows another side to his personality and goes after what he wants. Lovely epilogue to bring the story to an end but I am sure we will see more from this sweet couple in the rest of the series. The authors leave hints about the next book with Holly Mayberry and the interesting bar owning, single dad Cole.

"People are always watching you, aren't they?" I ask.
Rory takes a step toward me, and I think again about all those watching eyes. Everyone in town will be watching us now, and they'll sense . . .
Well, they'll sense that we're obviously in lust with each other.
"Are you watching me, Bryn?" he says softly.
Well, throw a bucket of water on me and call me the Wicked Witch of the West.
"Sometimes it's hard to look away," I admit, my mouth forming the words before I have time to give it a talking-to.
His eyes sparkle, as if I just confirmed something he's wondered about, desperately. "Do you ask so many questions of all of your clients?"
"Yes," I fib. While he might be averse to white lies, I'm not. But before that sparkle can dim all the way, I admit, "But I don't usually offer any information in return."
His smile burrows under my skin. Then he glances up, taking in our observers, and says, "Let me walk you to your car."
"It's in the back of the parking lot," I say.
He nods. "Lead the way."
He walks beside me, a little too close, and even though it's a warm night, I can feel his heat leaping toward me, like flames to paper.
Once we're away from the front of the brewery, his hand slips to the small of my back and lingers there, and if there's ever been anything so sexy, I don't know what it is. We're about to pass a copse of trees on the side of the lot when he glances around, grabs my hand, and pulls me into it. We're in near darkness, evergreens dancing around us, and we're standing close enough that I can feel his breath feathering my face.
His eyes are so warm they nearly immolate me.
"I don't mean to tell you how to do your job," he says, "but I think you succeeded before you started. I want to be set up with you."
"Micromanaging me already, are you?" I ask, a little breathless.
"Yes." He reaches up to touch my jaw, tracing the shape of it. "I'd like to kiss you."
I should tell him no. Setting aside the whole four dates thing, we're going to be working together. Giving into this . . . madness . . . is the last thing we should be doing, but I've been so lonely, and he's more of a man than I've encountered in . . .
Forever.
He's the kind of man I didn't think existed in real life, to be honest.
