Not long ago, I was mindlessly scrolling through Facebook posts. Running Into the Fire by Terri Hasdorff popped up as a sponsored ad, among so many others. It caught my attention because it said "Why more Christians need to be involved with Politics." This is my mentality exactly! So much so that I stepped out in faith and I've been running for State House ere in Hawaii during this 2022 election.
I'll admit I wish I had all this fantastic tips a few years ago. But since the 2022 General Election is currently about a week away, there's not much to do at this point. There's always prep for the next election though!
Anywho, this book is absolutely amazing and so very helpful to teach Christians the importance of getting involved in issues and politics in general. It's eye opening to get a better understanding of why people shy away from voting or from participating in anything political.
I give this book 5 out of 5 tiaras because of all the great suggestions to building a successful campaign. I'll need to skim through it again if I decide to run again in 2024!!
