My thoughts
I was left feeling like I wanted more from this story, yes it has a sunny-go-happy vibe and the title and book cover gives off what it is meant to …. a cozy vibe, but where is the hive? The honey? I thought this was going to be centred around a bee hive-honey establishment and it wasn't really detailed enough for me, I was also expecting a more in depth investigation with the detective scenes, but it was too honeyed up, not enough stickiness and bitterness and not enough grunt, so my overall conclusion is that this story is more for the younger generation (I'm more of the Agatha Christie generation). I would recommend this book to someone who wants a hallmark cozy vibe, but not serious nor indepth, it does have a happy glow throughout, but for me missed out on the detective/detailed surroundings.
