Acclaimed paella and tapas restaurant Arros QD, in London's Fitzrovia, is offering a romantic omakase tasting menu as a Valentine's Day treat.
Normally associated with Japanese eateries, omakase is a phrase that means 'I'll leave it up to you' or, when it comes to ordering food at a restaurant, 'I'll trust the chef. '
This Valentine's Day, diners can experience a seven course tasting menu, for £85 per person, albeit one that will only be revealed upon arrival at the restaurant. While specifics must remain a secret, we do know that the Arros QD menu combines Mediterranean influences with locally sourced ingredients. If paella and tapas warm your heart, then trust should come easy.

Renowned for its wood-fired paella, Arros QD was founded by Quique Dacosta, one of Spain's most lauded chefs, who has just been awarded his 7th Michelin Star.
Interior design is by Lázaro Rosa-Violán. At the heart of the restaurant is a six metre wood fire stove; there's the choice of theatrical seating around the open kitchen downstairs, or a classic dining experience on the upper floor.
