Time is running out for Nancy to save her future…
Nancy needs to secure investment for her craft business – and fast. When an opportunity comes up that's too good to miss, she prepares for the biggest pitch of her life.
But when a clumsy accident leaves Nancy injured and unable to give the all-important presentation, she needs someone to step up to the plate to help her. With most of her team away, there's only one person Nancy can turn to – her useless new assistant, Freddy, who Nancy is convinced doesn't care about either her or the business.
Forced to ask Freddy for help, Nancy is terrified about leaving the fate of her business in his unreliable hands. But she has no other choice – the show must go on.
Will Freddy be able to step up to the plate when Nancy needs him?
Or will her suspicions about him be proven right after all?
My Opinion
An Invitation to Seashell Bay is being released in four parts. This is the second part and the first part must be read before starting this book. We begin with Nancy being clumsy and breaking her arm in two places - this means that Nancy needs more help than she is willing to ask for. It was lovely reading more about Nancy, Freddy and All Things Crafty.
Can Nancy secure the funding that she needs? So far An Invitation to Seashell Bay is shaping up to be an entertaining read. I am eagerly awaiting the third instalment of this book - I am not sure I have the patience to read a book released in four parts.
