Currently on offer from premium prosecco brand Della Vite, DOC Treviso Rosé is a fancy pink fizz that hails from Italy's celebrated north-eastern prosecco region.
This extra-dry blend is made with 11 per cent Pinot Nero, co-fermented with Glera grapes for 60 days. This extra long fermentation results in a creamy texture and fine mousse. Unusually, the finished wine is then filtered through vegan-friendly ceramic filters.
The Della Vite Rosé prosecco has a lovely pale pink hue and entices with aromas of summer fruits. With its creamy texture and fine bubbles, it's ideal for drinking on its own, or partnered with salmon, soft cheeses or a generously dressed caesars salad.
Presented in a stylish frosted bottle with signature label, it's bottled at 11.5% ABV.

Della Vite is a joint venture between celebrity sisters Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne. Inspired by their favourite Italian Proseccos, the sisters partnered with a third-generation wine making family, located in the Valdobbiadene valley, to produce their own range.
Della Vite DOC Treviso Rosé is currently available from Amazon, priced at £18. Typically it sells for £22.
This DOC Treviso Rosé is one of three proseccos in the Della Vite range. It's joined by the Della Vite Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry, and the Della Vite DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore.
