Inky in color with a short reddish rim. Not showing age at all. Fruity nose and full bodied with medium acidity. Showing blackberries, figs, raisins, vanilla, cedar, licorice, cola, chocolates and Indian spices. Long finish with soft tannins. This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Well balanced with a great mouthfeel. Robert Parker 96 points. Wine Spectator 92 points. This 11 year old is just gorgeous now. Not in your face kind of wine anymore. Really enjoyed it. Good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime. A great sipping wine. Spicy and entertaining. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in (50% new) French oak barrels for 16 months. 15.5% alcohol by volume. 94 points. $175.
