I want more immunity from unhelpful thoughts. After living for 37 years, I have experienced people psychologically gunning me. It sometimes left me with harsh thoughts questioning humanity.
Leaps of faith
When thoughts about past hurt arise, I want to protect my well-being and faith in humanity. I want to take leaps of faith daily.
I am satisfied with how far I have come with positive self-affirmations, but I want to go further. I want to feel fully content all the time.
I am an easy target
When I think of who I am, I am a mix of conscientiousness and sincerity. Such an easy target for selfish people to use and abuse!
Do you have characteristics that make you easy prey for some? Do those people harm you, making you think unhelpful thoughts afterward?
When I analyze the thoughts that make me feel bad, I realize it came from people not wanting anything good for me. The worst part of life is being exploited, especially when someone knows you are vulnerable.
Select wisely
I want to continue protecting myself from some people and personalities. I want to continue protecting myself from environments that are not healthy for me.
Like the air we breathe, we cannot see what exists in an environment. However, we can behave in ways that suit us once we know how people operate.
When we fail to protect ourselves
We are sometimes severely tested. Tests can build mental strength. When you get hurt, do you aim to heal yourself? When you look at the scars on your body, do you view them as evidence that you can survive anything?
When I fail to protect myself from something or someone, I want to learn from the experience.
I want more immunity against those who try to hurt me and my family. I wonder what else we can do to protect ourselves from potential house intruders or car hijackers. I want more safety in society.
Anger
Anger is a crucial reason for my safety concerns. I feel the world is too angry. People care too little about others. Do you also notice anger in our world?
I understand why people are angry, and often their reasons are valid. However, everyone has something valid to be angry about.
I want immunity from all things anger-related. I want to eliminate that intense energy. I want to exercise until I feel tired and satisfied.

Immunity from things that drain my energy is essential. The more energy I can preserve for the things I want to do, the better I feel.
My energy feels uplifting and motivating when doing things I want. How do you feel when you do something that you feel good at?
