Tangi has loved Ethan since she was a teenager but after supporting him and his hockey career for years until she realized that their dreams for the future were very different. It will be three yeas before they see each other again and one steamy night will entwine their lives for a second time.
Ethan knows that he didn't handle things the best way with Tangi when it came to their relationship and the night they spend together. When she finds herself carrying his child and unemployed, he offers her a job with the hockey organization where he plays so that he can be there for her and the baby but he soon realizes that he wants much more than to co-parent with her.
The relationship that Tangi and Ethan share is not without its difficulties as even though they have both moved forward with their lives they realize that the feelings between them may be buried but they have and always will be there.
