It's time for the return of an old favourite post of mine. A few days ago, Angel (of Angel Reads) and I swapped our TBRs and got to picking books for each other. We've done this for a few years now and we always have so much fun picking things out for each other.
We'll get to what Angel picked out for me in a minute, but first we're going to get a little bit mushy. Angel was one of the first people I met through blogging and we were extremely lucky that we happened to live in the same city. We've stayed friends for the past eleven years even as our big group of blogging friends dwindled down to just the two of us.
Angel is always ready to squeal about smutty books and eat copious amounts of pasta or dumplings with me, but she's also sat with me in hospitals for hours and helped me furiously flip through manuals when my new insulin pump starting beeping at 2am. She's been my family for all these years and I never would've made it here without her. She is the best best friend I could've asked for.
Okay, but I know you're here for the books, so let's get to those.
From Lukov With Love by Mariana Zapata
This is one of my Mariana Zapata books and I think you will really enjoy it. It's a fantastic dislike to love and real slow burn. It's emotional, but it hits in all the right places. This one has so many things that you love and I know that you have enjoyed her books before.
Knot Your Damn Omega by Devyn Sinclair
I am a little nervous to recommend this one, but I am hoping that you will like it. I know you have read a few omegaverse books now and I think this is a great way to pick up next. It's on the softer side of omegaverse, it's not too dark or intense as some of them may be and it's a standalone. I had a lot of fun reading this one, and I hope you do like it.
Two Wrongs Make a Right (The Wilmot Sisters, #1) by Chloe Liese
I was going through your list and as soon as I saw this one I knew I needed to add it to your list. I loved this book. I mean I have loved all of Chloe's books. And I know you have as well. So I think you are going to love this. It's different to her Bergman Brothers series but I think you are going to love it still. It's Shakespeare-inspired as well!
My Thoughts
I'm so excited (but also nervous) about these picks. These are all coming off my physical TBR which will be nice, but I've also definitely been avoiding them. I've started both From Lukov With Love and Two Wrongs Make A Right and I just know that I'm going to love them so much that I'm too intimated to read them. Hopefully this'll be a good push.
So there's the list. Make sure to check over on Angel Reads to see what I picked out for Angel.
