Boone found himself a single father when he was only a teenager himself and he has spent the last 25 years being the father that his son needed him to be. He had no interest in a relationship however after spending one night with Alexis he knew that was their beginning and not the end.
Alexis is working multiple jobs trying to pay off her student loans but not making much progress. When she and Boone finally give into the attraction between them she knows that the feelings between them go far beyond the physical.
Although they are at different stages in their lives they give each other what they didn't know they were looking for and after meeting his son Abel I can wait to read his story next.
