⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5
I'm not sure how, but it seems like each book, no matter the series, gets better with each book I read by Nyssa Kathryn. Erik's Redemption was not different.
Erik's job is off the books and h's never regretted it, he still doesn't regret his job, but he does regret one. Not the actual job because it was necessary, but the pain it has caused the one woman he loves more than life itself.
Hannah has no idea why Erik is pulling back from her now. She thought they were in a great place, but she knows something is wrong and can't get him to talk to her. When danger comes knocking on her door, again, he'll have to push his regrets aside and make sure that Hannah is safe. When secrets come out their relationship could be over. However, there may be more to the story.
I loved this second installment to the Beautiful Pieces trilogy and I can't wait for Erik's Refuge.
