This week, I finished Soaring Sky! Precure. I miss it already even though there is another precure series on the way next week. It's been my comfort watch for an entire year and I hope Wonderful can be the same thing for me. I also went to an anime convention this weekend. A brand new one called Anime Washington.

About really good episode that had mostly normal for once. You know, it than normal food came from cultivating ground golems that Senshi planted. That and it being Senshi 's self appointed job to protect the higher level villages and keep that dungeon clean. The next part with our adventurers and orcs that appeared coming to an uneasy understanding over the making and breaking of bread was wonderful. Especially since both sides had their biases and at least got past them for a bit.
Soaring Sky! Precure Episode 50(Finale)
This finale was wonderful. It really was wonderful seeing all the villains of the Undergu helping the precures fight against the villainous force that only wants strength. They even tell the precures where this force will go and the heroes show how their precure strength is infinite and do the most bad ass things possible and use their power to maximum effect. Also, the Undergu empire and the kingdom will be friends for a long time. After the fight comes the saddest part where everyone says their long goodbyes because the crew has really grown together, but each person has goal they want to accomplish and people waiting for them. Though the next when everyone came back for breakfast was fun too. I'm going to miss this show so much.
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Episode 20
Frieren has been like the Hunter Exam recently and I can't help but say that I enjoy it. That being said, the pacing of the show has really become a slog as well. For instance, a lot happened in this episode but the last few hours of this test have really slowed down a bit. I mean, Fern's groups matches are over for now and Fern was pretty cracked honestly. Now Frieren's crew is currently stuck now that there bird has been taken and Frieren and her two team mates are possibly in fights for their lives. Though so many parts of it show the different viewpoints of mages and world build, we are still in pretty standard shonen action mode too which is fine. I'm sure all of this will pay off pretty well somehow too.
Firefighter Daigo: Rescuer in Orange Episode 16
The entire episode was about the fire that the crew went to save people from last week and it was really intense stuff. Shun and Daigo working as one unit and searching for people in the gaming bar and then finding them on the balcony. Some really good team work there bolster with tension from their oxygen slowly decreasing. Though the ending with the 252s on the balcony and Yuki showing up to save some of them from across the way was great too. Glad the three got to work together. Really solid episode.
The Apothecary Diaries Episode 16
Very wholesome case this week centered on the three sons of a metalworker that just passed away. These three being estranged brothers were left three different items after the guy's passing and Maomao used her intelligence to use the gifts in order to get the three to figure their strengths in operating their business. Though Maomao told the youngest son gifted at metal work where to go if he feels ill, her father. I am curious about what the strategist that keeps bothering Jinshi is doing at the moment. That guy has an angle I would like to know more about.
A Sign of AffectionEpisode 4
I really do wish that Oushi would figure out his own immaturities because he really is trying to hard to keep Yuki a box for protection. I like the idea that Yuki is so interested in the foreign coin that her world expands a bit and Itsoumi is starting to see things closer to home. Also, the double date at Costco and the dinner at his place was really good romance stuff. I really enjoy seeing all of this just work together so well. The show is so cute and I am hoping that Yuki doesn't get hurt for poking into her new world.
Synduality Noir Part 2 Episode 3
This episode was amazing, but it also introduced a lot more questions then I thought it would. Especially the ending. Infact, the rest of it was what I expected it to be. Kanata and his crew make it to Carthage and beginning using the communication system until Macht showed up to fight for first a duel and then just outright chaos with Kanata actually being a clever drifter. Then Tokio not only saved the day, but ruined Macht's composure. Also, this episode had a good balance of Noir and Mystere and I love all of it. Really wonderful episode.
Metallic Rouge Episode 3
After last week's really good and explosive episode, this one features the once again dark underbelly of current world. Wellstown has the largest Nean settlement on Mars. At the same time, this is also where a lot of the discussions on racism and Nean's being considered second class citizens and trash. Partially because they cannot rebel due to the Asimov law. Naomi and Rouge's target is Phantom Verde that lives in the Nean settlement, but after being called a tool by Naomi, Rouge runs away and finds her own way into the settlement by Dr. Afdal who works with Nean on all states.
Since one Nean found out about Rouge being an alter Nean that doesn't live by the rules and can actually rebel. There is so many heavy things going on in this episode but it handles them pretty well. Still, there is the astro boy problem of these robots wanting to eventually be equal to humans but they can't because they are programed to be second class citizens. I hope that Rouge can help Neans find their hope again and show how they aren't all tools. Also, Rouge is being targeted because she was set up to look like she killed the Nean leader and the police are on the way.
Urusei Yatsura (2022) Season 2 Episode 3
This episode was fun because it pushed Ataru to be jealous over a caveman from an electric forest who wants to make Lum his wife and she played it up to get at him. There was a lot of good jokes and wonderful action scenes, but I spent some time being annoyed and waiting to see these idiots put two things together. I even knew what the final joke would be. But it was fun still even if it wasn't as entertaining it wild as it could be.
The Fire HunterSeason 2 Episode 3
This was another decent chess piece movement episode. People, including the gods of this world, make plans and/or join together again. The gods are intrigued by Touko and want to see her reunite with Kanata (best dog) again. The moment happens after Touko seeing horrifying things like a running horse that is bleeding out in multiple instances. Koushi chases after Touko with Kun and the tree people showed up again. Plus Akira and that other fire hunter are on their way to visiting the gods. It's going to be interesting to see how this situation gets worse.
Brave Bang Bravern! Episode 3
I don't think I can ever really predict this because it is so wild. Isami being naked inside of Bravern for a long time while Bravern teaches the human forces how to fight. Then Isami and Bravern coming to a larger understanding to fight the undersea enemy was pretty big. I hope he gets out next episode. Though Smith with his plot over the alien girl he found on the beach and what happened between them was wild too. This show is sexual in some interesting ways. A lot is happening in Hawaii.
