A rodent of unusual size...R.O.U.S. (The Princess Bride) Okinawa.
I managed to get to 22K yesterday on Huntress Unleashed. Had a lovely lunch with my granddaughter. I'll do it again next week. The school year is coming to a close!
So I had the brilliant idea to use my resistance bands to exercise with during the week. I had gotten them when I had a rotator cuff injury, but haven't used them in years. When I was doing pilates, I noticed that my left arm didn't have as much mobility--soooo, easy peasy. I'm doing slow repetitions, just a few on each arm a day and by Wednesday night, my lower abdomen was screaming in pain. Wait, what? You mean doing the arm stretches with the bands is working my lower abdomen too??? Score! Except I need to take daily breaks in between. lol
Tomorrow is my 2nd day at pilates and I'm afraid I'm going to be so sore when trying to do anything because of overdoing it this week. But I'll power through it somehow.
Okay, I'm off to feed the dogs and birds. And then write!
