This has no connection to any of this post, I just wanted to piss people off
Super Bowl 29 was held on January 26, 1995, when the San Francisco 49ers defeated the San Diego Chargers 49-26.
The Sony PlayStation was released in North America on September 9, 1995, and completely changed console gaming.
Further to it, the original Sony Computer Entertainment headquarters opened in the Bay Area in May of 1995, and the headquarters of the current Sony Interactive Entertainment is located in San Mateo, not even half an hour from the 49ers' base in Santa Clara....
The 49ers have now lost 3 Super Bowls since all of these things occurred.
Sony took down Sega, they've wiped the floor with the Xbox for 25 years, and they've cursed the 49ers more than Patrick Mahomes can ever dare.
On another related note, the last 2 PlayStation models have been released in the same calendar year that the Niners lost the Super Bowl.
The Niners lost Super Bowl XLVII on February 3, 2013 - The PS4 was released November 15, 2013.
The Niners lost Super Bowl LIII on February 1, 2020 - The PS5 was released November 12, 2020.
PS6, this November, watch this space.
And another fun fact - In those 29 years, the late Paul Allen of Microsoft bought the lowly Seattle Seahawks, Microsoft released 4 generations of the Xbox, the Seahawks moved into the same Conference and Division as the 49ers, they built a new stadium, and still won a Super Bowl before the 49ers won their 6th.
