A young man that was raised by a young father that has many issues. His father was the steady one throughout his childhood and young adult hood. He wants to see where things can go with Kara, but he has to find a way to open up and let her in. Kara wants to see where things can go with Abel, but he isn't making any moves after Halloween, so she's prepared to take matters into her own hands. When she leaves the ball in his court, he will need to find it in himself to make the next move or lose someone that can mean the world to him and make his life much fuller than it already is. I loved Abel and Kara. I love the strength that Kara has to push Abel out of his comfort zone. There was a twist I did not see coming, but it worked perfectly in the story and it was a great read. I love pretty much everything I've read by Laramie Briscoe and this new series Broken Falls is a great addition to her repertoire. I can't wait to read more in this series and get to know the characters better as we go. View all my reviews | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
