VERDICT – 4/4

After losing the final of Tenkaichi Tournament to Jackie Chun, Goku takes a break from training and sets off on his search for the 4-star Dragon Ball. At the same time a ruthless military force called the Red Ribbon Army is also searching for all Dragon Balls. Goku follows the radar and helps Nam on his way. He also meets Chi-Chi who is expecting to marry him. Eventually Goku finds the 5-star ball and before he can escape, Colonel Silver destroys the flying Kinto'un. Goku finds some dyno caps and gets a plane to follow the nearest signal. In the extreme cold, the plane crashes. Goku, frozen solid, is saved by a young girl called Suno. Her village is terrorized by the Red Ribbon Army and the village chief is being held in a fortress called Muscle Tower. Goku arrives at Muscle Tower and after an intense battles with Major Metallitron, Ninja Murasaki, a friendly Android 8 - "Eighter", Buyon, and finally General White, releases the village chief. Kinto'un comes back and Goku sets out to Metro West to see Bulma who can repair his radar. General Black hires a master thief, Hasky, to get the balls from him but she failed. Bulma dumps Yamucha and she and Goku head off to search for the remaining Dragon Balls.
