1) James Bond and his one DEA friend capture drug lord Franz Sanchez, on the way to his friend's wedding. But when his DEA friend is tortured and his bride is killed by Sanchez, Bond goes rogue in order to hunt him down. M revokes his "Licence to Kill" when he sets out on the personal revenge mission.
2) Robert Davi as Franz Sanchez, a Pablo Escobar type drug-lord. CONS -
1) Tedious screenplay. Ordinary revenge story but overly convoluted.
2) Nothing extra-ordinary in the action department. QUOTE -
