The kind that permeated sweaty clubs of yesteryear that smelled of piss and stale beer (generally the latter leading to the former). Listening to their single "Afterglow", with it's chunky riffs and foot-stomping beat, you'll feel like you're back in the 70's, wearing a leather jacket and revving up for a rowdy night. When Jon Martin sings "Your apathy will set you free", you'll be taken back to the days when rock was about sex, drugs and punching a Klan member in the face. The track is heavy, thanks to Martin's bass work and Josh Cowgill's drum work, and the crunch comes from Josh Morgan's stoner riffs that sound drug up from the grave and revived from one of the long-dead Stooges members. You guessed it - it's a banger.
