They take a halt at Master Roshi's house to get a submarine capsule. Krillin joins them in the adventure. Following the radar, they travels to the deep of the ocean and end up discovering a secret pirate treasure. They finally found the 3-star Dragon Ball after escaping pirate traps and an epic battle with Pirate Robot. Meanwhile, they are followed by General Blue and his forces. General General Blue lands on Roshi's island for revenge and steals all 3 balls. Goku chases him and they crash land on a mysterious island called Penguin Village.
