But someone knows all of Alison's secrets - and wants to make her pay for what she's done... My Opinion This was a book that had been recommended to me by someone at my local book club. I worked my way through this with a few short sittings, reading over 200 pages in one go. Overall this was a gripping read, even though it was an uncomfortable read in places. Alison is far from being the perfect role model but she makes for a great character and doesn't deserve what happens to her. A great read with a stunning plot.
