The Sunshine sisters have very different personalities and were raised by their single mother. This is an amazing story about Skye not only figuring out her future but also learning about her past. She's also learning to blend with her mother and sisters all at the same time!
Being the girl full of the best of everything as an actress living the high life in London, she is very resistant when she learns of a possible mortal enemy threatening her and her mother's handsome handyman taking her out to his remote cabin in the woods to escape the threats.
I enjoy Skye's character here. After all she's been through, she takes all the news she receives with grace and love. She's growing closer to her sisters and their mother. I do hope she does well for herself in the next book in this trilogy that's actually about her little sister, Blossom.
This book was interesting, heartbreaking, intense, and full of compassion all in one. I give it 5 out of 5 tiaras. Thanks to Boldwood Books, NetGalley, and Rachel's Random Resources for access to this book!
