When wolves were wolves where some of them were on their long journey to domestication.

So I had an overnight guest last night. My granddaughter has been begging me to sleepover. She's so cute. We swam for 2 1/2 hours yesterday, read books, and she went to her first official coder class. It was just setting up her character and background which she has done for tons of things. She's on the Ninja Coders' white band, so this afternoon is her next one.

It's only 69 this morning, woohoo! We had wild storms last night. I was afraid they would keep her awake, but she was completely out once her head hit the pillow. lol

We're supposed to have afternoon thunderstorms, so we'll try to go swimming this morning and hope the water isn't too cold. It was cooler yesterday. She wants donut holes for breakfast, something we do sometimes on her overnight stays. One of the workbook pages she was doing was about a little granddaughter staying with her grandma and what she had to pack for the slumber party. Her eyes lit up when she read it and she said, "You picked this one because I'm staying overnight with you, didn't you?"

She's so funny. I have to enjoy it while I can before she's too old and doesn't want to stay with me. I've had her little brother too sometimes.

I haven't been getting much word count done. I'm still editing which means taking out, revising, adding in, so it kind of all negates the word count.

I'm off to do something before she gets up.
