It's interesting watching a band show like Sound Euphonium while being in my community band's governing board. I feel the same way as Kumiko in that I'm struggling with the power of the situation and trying to keep the band together because we are a community of adults after all. But that isn't the same kind of thing as highschool drama. Something to think about.

Train to the End of the World Episode 6
There are so many emotional things that went on in this episode, but there were ruined a bit by the usual unsubtle and loud delivery the show has been known for. Mainly seeing the interaction that made Yoka run in the first place. That being Shizuru squashing Yoka's dream of being an aerospace engineer in the most blatant and insulting way possible. She still doesn't know what went wrong, leaves the train after the crew berate her, and she gets captured by the wandering zombies. The rest of the girls meet up with Neko-nii and then decide to go after Shizuru after shouting the main theme of the episode. Man, I feel so empty and frustrating.
Spice and Wolf: merchant meets the wise wolf Episode 6
Most of this episode is Holo and Lawrence on the run in the sewer and Lawrence slowly losing his strength fighting to save Holo and Holo having to use her wolf abilities more and more to save Lawrence. Yarei even was in on it and got owned by the wolf god he no longer believed in until he saw Holo in her giant wolf form. That's also where Lawrence yelled that she still wanted to travel north with her even if he had to chase her down. It's a good thing that his deal went through pretty well and Holo was there for him and didn't want to be chased. Yeah, it remains to be good,
Urusei Yatsura (2022) Season 2 Episode 17
This episode was pretty wild. Like, all Ryuunosuke has to do is kiss Nagisa and they would go into the after life. There is some tension in-between the two considering how they are living with each other. The big surprise with Nagisa being male and over powers Ryuunosuke pretty easily. Now the relationship is Ryuunosuke promising to win the fight one day which kind of rocks. The second portion was teacher Onsen forcing his chass to have a supplemental lesson all of them stay silent and want the lesson to continue as Ten makes the classroom a warzone. It's wonderful.
Delicious in Dungeon Episode 19
This episode introduced Itzutsumi to the cast. She holds Marcille at a very close range because she's been cursed with two black magic spells. One that could kill her and the other fused her soul with a mysterious feline soul. It's interesting to see a rapport form with their new companion but this interaction with Senshi turning Izutsumi into his daughter. The second portion was Liaos diving into Marcille's dreams to save her. We also see where her mind is and her goal is chasing after the lunatic magician.
Wonderful Precure Episode 15
What episode of this show isn't comfy besides a couple of episodes? This episode focused on Mey Mey with the precures, Satoru, and Mayu in Niko Niko Garden. It was adorable and seeing Mayu work her hardest to find a place and help out Mey Mey was cute. Same with the petting of the comfy sheep. I also really like Niko Niko and its residence because they are so happy. Plus, Mey Mey helped in the Precure sequence with the Fawn and it was great. Just wonder what Yuki/Nyammy is going to do now that Mayu has been to Niko Niko garden.
BARTENDER: Glass of God Episode 6
This episode was a couples episode. From Yukari supposedly getting married until it's revealed that she is only getting married to make her grandmother feel as ease. It's pretty well established over the course of the episode about how weird it feels to everyone and her drink the Anthony gave a little bit of a hint. I kind of enjoyed the manager and the doctor meeting through cigars and a little bit of tension. Definitely a medium kind of episode, but it was pretty relaxing.
Laid-back Camp: Season 3 Episode 6
This episode was wonderful. Just pure Ayano, Rin, and Nadeshiko adventures. It started with a good meal and then a lot of adventures meeting people and seeing a lot of sights on suspension bridges on their way home. Nadeshiko is the ultimate extrovert, so it's nice to see the two friends she saw and her being happy that Rin and Ayano became good friends. This episode was just so good.
Astro Note Episode 6
This episode was pretty great. The entire backstory of the oldman behind the lodge was revealed by Mira's mother through a telephone call. Takumi was there just blanking out completely while Mira and Naosuke listen to the message and begin to understand the backstory of the lodge and possibly where the key is. Of course, that message is intercepted by Hubi in octoupus form and such. So there is a log of interesting intrigue including Wakabayashi being useful and making the curry he learned from the past owner that revealed something about the key. It's a very plot important and just plain funny episode in so many regards.
The Fable Episode 6
I haven't watched an episode that I felt really disgusted by for a while. This episode was the first one where we see Fable work and then hang out with his new team. One of those employees at the job is really creep on Misaki from filming her panties under the table to stealing Misaki's keys, wearing her underwear on his body, and then seeing Misaki's former porn star career. At least she is staying with Yoko for the moment so she has some protection. The other part of the episode was Sato at a bar getting his drinks paid for and the escaped criminal who senses Sato during his bicycle delivery. So, hope the pervert gets his comeuppance.
Jellyfish Can't Swim At Night Episode 6
This was not the follow that I was expecting, but this was the tale of a 31 year old idol trying to come out of her shell who has a daughter and is a liar. So, this show really is looking at the entertainment industry with a good and modern lens because this does have the social media aspect with people blowing up. I do like in the end that, even if it feels like a dream world, her daughter showed her support and Jellee did help this idol to be herself and she did become viral because of it. The kiss was still used as a joke, but I think that is going to linger for a while until it really does heat up because I know the show is going to come back for it.
Sound Euphonium Season 3 Episode 6
This episode did throw some wrenches in Kitauji a little bit. It's the audition episode and I wish the show had some more time to linger with these auditions because they are such stressful affairs. Especially when one player who doesn't know how to play her instrument in tune made it to performance. It's interesting to see Taki talk about her decision regarding it when Kumiko asked him. Though the constant nature of Kumiko putting off Mayu and hiding her shows she still has such huge insecurities by being given her position. There is just so many things to really say about this episode because it's layered with band drama like usual. So yeah, just good stuff.
Kaiju No. 8 Episode 6
This episode was the major build comradery episode. It's a lot of training, the boys hanging out and talking to each other to build some sort of repertoire, and Kafka showing his motivation as his suit usage finally made it to 1%. Really cool that people are motivated by the super hero Mina Ashiro so much. At the same time, Kikoru is being used as a teacher's bit because her usage continues to be insane compared to everyone else and she is super talented. Also, pay attention to the talk about Kaiju being used as weapons that Kikoru mentioned. That's going to be an insanely big deal moving forward for what happens. The cliff hanger at the end to really see where all the tension is going to go considering how Kafka can turn into a kaiju.
