Meet Brittanée Nicole:
Brittanee is an author who lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two children. Her town is a character in itself in all of her books.
When she is not writing she enjoys spending time outdoors by the water with her children, reading at the beach or by the pool (or really anywhere), dancing with her friends, singing Karaoke, spinning, bike riding and boating.
Some of her favorite authors are Sophia Kinsella, Elin Hilderbrand, Liane Moriarty, Mary Higgins Clark, Meghan Quinn, Daphne Elliott, Amy Alves, Claire Kingsley, Melanie Harlow, Christina Lauren, Sally Thorne and Sarah Adams. (Clearly, she has a problem and can't pick favorites.)

Blurb:
There are only a few rules I live by: enjoy life, smile as often as possible, and don't ever let a woman come between friends.
Oh and hockey is life.
For the past forty years I've done an excellent job at every single one of them.
Until Millie Hall.
To be fair, I had no idea who she was that first night. Can't say the same about the second.
Finding out that the mystery girl who turned my world upside down was the twin sister of my star left winger and my best friend's twenty-two year old daughter is less than ideal.
Hiding our relationship from not only her father but my brothers, nearly impossible.
But my best friend makes it incredibly difficult to walk away from his daughter when he keeps thrusting her in my direction.
As a single dad, I have a whole set of new rules, but one thing remains, falling for Millie Hall would be a major puck up.

🏒Review🏒
Feeling out of sorts with her dad Millie decides to take matters into her own hands by having her first time with Gavin, who also happens to be his best friend however the surprise is on her when the experience is unforgettable however he declares her off limits because of her family.
Gavin is not only best friends with Millie's dad, but her brother is one of the players on the team that he owns and coaches. If that isn't complicated enough, he finds out he is a father to his daughter Vivi and it is Millie who is there for him and agrees to be his nanny and that is when the fun and angst really begins.
I really enjoyed the evolution of Millie's character as she overcomes their first night together and becomes the woman that Gavin needs while Gavin takes to fatherhood like he is born to do it and he is not only swoony but supportive of Millie every step of the way.
