You may look at these authors and think, Well, they have talent I don't have. Or, They're blessed with luck I don't have.
But to that, I would say you don't need natural, "born with it" talent. Doing your part to learn and hone your writing skills will suffice.
To be fair, it does look like luck. And it can seem totally random, like it would take a stroke of good fortune to make it as a writer.
But in reality, it all boils down to "do something over and over enough times, and you'll make it."
Some writers break out sooner, others later. But you have to put in the work, and you have to keep at it.
In other words, it will happen for you!
And of course, you have to write your first book.
