A lot of present-day internet culture, and its accompanying viral memes, is being driven by interviews with 20-something women as they walk to and from nightclubs. It's a weird time to be alive, I know. A few weeks back, one of those viral memes regarded a debate over whether that sub-demographic of woman would prefer to be alone in the woods with a random bear, or a random man. A *lot* of the women earnestly chose the bear. This of course then inspired additional debates.

The "man or bear" debate led me to think of a great "man vs. bear" commercial from long ago, John West Salmon's ad, simply titled, "Bear":
The man is clearly more dangerous than the bear, however, he can also provide the most tender salmon. I'm sorry ladies that I failed to help make the choice easier. It's a tough time to be a young woman making hypothetical wilderness decisions.
