Aguilar de Nerha (a member of Assassin Brotherhood) is tasked to protect the Apple of Eden. In 2016, Cal, a descendant of Aguilar, the last person confirmed to be in possession of the Apple - is sentenced to death for murdering a pimp, but Abstergo (Modern Templar Order) fakes his execution and takes him to their research facility in Madrid to extract the Apple's location from him.     CONS - 1) Majority of the movie is flash back and forth with sloppy action sequences. 2) Why the movie is so much dark ? Nothing is clearly visible. 3) Coming from someone who haven't played the game - the screenplay is mediocre.     QUOTE - Ellen Kaye: It's 2016. No one cares about freedom.
