The venue, decked out in distinctive vibrant hues, offers an immersive, sensorial experience based on collage art created by graphic designer David Carson. To create the collage, the artist took inspiration from Jerez, home to historic vineyards and the source of The Macallan's sherry seasoned oak casks.
