Dry on the palate with raspberries, strawberries, green apples, light grapefruits, herbs, earth and green vegetables. Tangy finish with limes and bitter herbs. This is an easy drinking Pinot Noir Rosé from the Loire Valley. Crisp and refreshing with a soft mouthfeel, and mild complexity. Gets earthier as it opens up.
