To their credit, most people of our generation aim high in life. They are no longer content with spending forty years of their life at a 9-to-5 job before fading into anonymity. While such ambitious minds obviously bode well for the future of our society, unfortunately, very few of them actually have any idea about the sacrifices that go into bringing such goals to fruition. One of the prerequisites for getting to a better place in life is stepping out of where one currently is. Most people, however, fail to realize this simple principle, much less put it into practice.
