You are my favorite algorithm by far, no matter how many others think they know me and try and push books my way. You just waved this little genre-mashup ghost story in front of me and I bit, hook, line, and epilogue. You found a nice little novella for a pre-bedtime read--were you reading my year-end round-up when I mentioned how only novelettes were holding my interest? You know how much I enjoy those supernatural-psy-majic-sorta worlds; sure, anyone can do that, even Goodreads, but then you managed mix it in with police officers with over-developed sense of duty and an intrepid freelance photographer just desperate to get home to a child recovering from leukemia, the cancer I know best. Your clever little formula probably even peeked ahead to the blizzard headed toward the midwest this week, didn't you? Honestly, super-cute although a shade too realistic with the blizzard tonight. I think I'm now afraid to drive out in the snow.
