The true finale week is here because Sound! Euphonium concluded. I also watched Final Yamato, so there was something in the air this weekend.

Train to the End of the World Episode 12 (Finale)

This show ended in the best way it could. As in, it was a really solid ending for this chaotic show. There was a fun train chase, incredible zombie shenanigans, and one selfish jerk got his shenanigans. The Shizuru and Yoko reconnection was great because all of that emotions of it felt genuine for such a loud show. Also, I'm glad that everything didn't just go back to normal after the 7G was released. In this non realistic show, that meant a lot.

Spice and Wolf: merchant meets the wise wolf Episode 13

It's Holo sick time. Or maybe it was fake, but it doesn't matter. Holo allowed herself to be weak in front of Lawrence and he did the best he could to make her feel better. And yes, Holo is clearly jealous of Nora and Eneke is best boy still. Really good emotions in what is a bit of a recap episode too.

Wonderful Precure Episode 22

Finally, an episode that focuses on Iroha and Komugi again. Especially with their team work. The work on dog agility with a trainer and the good boy Witt to Komugi completely failing at training. But they do a good job when facing a squirrel Garugaru and being in sync when climbing a tower. Also, Mayu and Yuki took off in the second part of the capture, but they found the best time for it. Good character building team work episode.

The Fable Episode 13

Well, this was the wrap up of the fight between Sunakawa and Kojima. As in Kojima was captured by Akira and then brought to the garage and then killed by Aniki. I was pretty happy that every part of Akira's power was explored and his affect on people being so huge and kind of endearing because it is a super hero situation. The only awkward part was Misaki staying with Yoko because she didn't get her stuff back yet and Akira had to stay there too so there was some awkwardness from it that will be carried further into the series. Uh oh. Haha. But yeah, just enjoyed this episode quite a bit.

Sound Euphonium Season 3 Episode 13 (Finale)

I watched the final episode early in the morning and it's now almost the evening. Man, what an episode. A 100% predictable one with the final goodbyes between Reina and Kumiko ones plus other band members, the make ups and connections, the performances, and everything. Also, Kumiko passing Sound! Euphonium to Kanade and other passing the batons. There was a final performance and Kitauji got gold. The bit of Kumiko returning to Kitauji as an adult and teacher was the bow on the package for this franchise. It was a perfect final episode and I'm going to miss this goofy girl.

Kaiju No. 8 Episode 12 (Finale)

This episode was the fight for Kafka's life physically and politically. Kafka was able to stop himself from killing General Shinomiya in front of Kikoru. Mina Ashiro supported Kafka with all his heart and soul in front of the community too. Everyone was happy that Kafka was alive to be used as a weapon against the Kaiju. So, I'm glad everyone was happy for Kafka to be around though he needs to prove himself now. So yeah, just a great finale in general.

Dead Dead Demons Dedede Destruction Episode 6

Flashback episode of when Ontan and Kadode meeting each other and forming their life long friendship. All of it from seeing a UFO and an alien between them during the summer. Plus, the alien itself is alive, sentient, is hidden by the two, and giving them gifts of advanced technology to have fun with. Then there is back to school where Ontan wants to be friends with Kadode at school and Kadode is awesome and formed her own faction even if she isn't popular. It's a good time and a good episode.

Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture Episode 2

Well, that was a heavier and plot filled episode then I thought we would get right out of the gate. Like, this should have been the first episode because it set up the plot between the main characters (Roze and Ashe), gave the goal of the entire series, and introduced a large cast that Roze (Sakuya) and the Nanashi Terrorists are going to be dealing with from Neo Britannia. Sakuya saying goodbye to her "friend" Sakura while rescuing them from prison and then seeing them slip away.

Plus, the relationship between Roze (Sakuya) and Ashe is so interested because Ashe is the one who killed Sakuya's father and Roze is going to use him until her goals were completed and then he's dead. Love it. This episode was so much more interesting to me. Pretty excited about where this is going and the mecha battles are incredible still. Very innovative for being on the ground.

Suicide Squad Isekai Episodes 1-3

This is a functionally easy and simple show, but it's beautiful and just a lot of fun. It starts with Harley and Joker pulling heists together which was great and turns to Amanda Waller forcefully placing her and others (Deadshot, Clayface, Peacemaker, and King Shark) into an Isekai world. Things don't go well as they are thrown in prison by a kingdom until they prove themselves and find a way to keep living when it comes to the bombs in their heads. Once again it's simple stuff but has tons of great character moments. I hope it continues like that.
